Covid-19 Info for St. Georges Co-op

The Board adopted the St. Georges COVID-19 Protocol in March, and the Protocol continues to be updated regularly (click here to access the Protocol).

The Office and Common Room remain closed until further notice due to COVID-19.

All staff are available by phone and email until further notice.

Memos are being distributed to our residents by email.

Maintenance

Please submit all maintenance requests online using our maintenance request form.

Masks

In compliance with public health guidance and the City of Ottawa’s Mandatory Mask Bylaw, all individuals entering or remaining in indoor co-op common spaces and shared amenities (including but not limited to entrances, hallways, lobby, elevator, laundry room) are required to wear a mask. Staff are also required to wear a mask when interacting with residents. For further details and exemptions, see the City of Ottawa Mask Bylaw and the St. Georges’ COVID-19 Protocol.

Elevator and Laundry Room

We ask that residents limit the number of people using the elevator and laundry room to ONE person or household at a time. Residents are also asked to limit their time in the laundry room by folding their laundry in their unit.
